What is it?
This therapy helps heal the grief of losing loved ones who are now in the light.
Our relationships with our loved ones don't end with their death — they simply change form. It's a way to release guilt and emotions, to forgive, to address what was left unsaid, or simply to be reassured that they're well on the other side.
Beings of light know no physical limits of space and are with us no matter where you are. That's why these sessions can take place without being in the same physical room.

How does it work?
Sylvana acts as the channel between you and your loved one in the light. The session is fully virtual and works just as powerfully as it would in person.

You choose the date and time. Beforehand I ask for the name of the person you want to reach.

We meet over Zoom
45 minutes. I become the channel between you and your loved one in the light.

The words, the memories, the signs. You're welcome to take notes or record it yourself, to return to those words later.

Does it work the same online as in person?
Yes. Beings in the light have no physical limits. All that matters is that you're in a space where you can feel.
What if my loved one doesn't come through?
In more than 1,000 sessions, this rarely happens. When someone wants to give you a message, they come. If that specific person doesn't come through, someone else close usually does — someone your heart also needs to hear.
Do I have to say who I want to reach?
Yes. Before the session I ask for the name and the relationship. It doesn't influence what I receive — it helps me open the right space.
Can I record the session or take notes?
Yes, you're free to record or take notes — I don't record, but many clients do, to feel those words again years later.
What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours beforehand at no cost. After that, message me directly.
